Omega Saints Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Omega Saints, your satisfaction is our top priority. We know shopping online - especially for clothing - can be tricky when it comes to finding the right fit. That’s why, even though we operate as a print-on-demand brand (which means every item is made specially for you), we’re committed to offering a fair and flexible returns policy.
What Can Be Returned
If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’ve got your back. We accept returns and exchanges for the following situations:
Wrong size? If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Defective or damaged? If your item arrives with a print error, damage, or a manufacturing defect, contact us to arrange return/exchange at no cost to you.
How It Works
Contact us at admin@omegasaints.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Let us know the issue (wrong size, defect, etc.) and include a photo if applicable.
We’ll guide you through the next steps, whether that’s sending a replacement or arranging a return.
Important Notes
Since each product is made to order, we don’t keep stock and can’t offer traditional refunds for reasons like “change of mind.”
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
