At Omega Saints, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printify. Below is our current shipping policy.
📦 Fulfillment Time
All items are printed on demand. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days after purchase. Fulfillment time may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
🚚 Shipping Time
Once fulfilled, orders are shipped via local UK carriers. Typical delivery time after fulfillment is:

💸 Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all UK orders.
Shipping fees may be introduced in the future as we grow—any changes will be clearly displayed on our site before you place an order.

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We plan to expand our shipping zones in the future. When that happens, this policy will be updated to reflect new regions, delivery times, and potential customs information.
📥 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
❗ Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
